</b></h2><ul><li>5+ years in SAP QM, ideally in CPG, Foods &amp; Beverages or Pharma industries;
</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience with PLM-integrated QM processes;
</li></ul><ul><li>Non-conformance and CAPA management;
</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with SAP-LIMS integration;
</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with FDA, GMP, ISO 9001 standards.
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong problem-solving skills in dynamic development settings.

</b></h2><ul><li><b>QM Integration in Recipe Development:</b></li></ul><p>
Embed QM processes into PLM workflows;
</p><p>Configure quality checks across R&amp;D, testing, and production;
</p><p>Ensure regulatory compliance with new recipes;
</p><ul><li><b>Compliance/non-conformance &amp; Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA):
</b></li></ul><p>Implement tracking for quality deviations;
</p><p>Set up CAPA workflows for suppliers, lab tests, and batches;
</p><p>Define processes for material blocking and complaint handling;
</p><ul><li><b>Product Release &amp; Inspections:</b>
</li></ul><p>Design approval workflows and compliance documentation;
</p><p>Configure inspection lots, usage decisions, and quality notifications;
</p><p>Design and implementation of quality certificates;
</p><ul><li><b>SAP-LIMS Integration:</b>
</li></ul><p>Enable data exchange between SAP QM and LIMS;
</p><p>Support auto-generation of inspection lots during testing.
