 About The Role

As a Landscape Crew Member, you'll be out in the field making properties look their best through mowing, trimming, planting, and clean-up tasks. You'll work outdoors in all weather, operate professional equipment, and take pride in getting the job done right.
 
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and install sod, trees and shrubs
 </li>
 <li>
 Install irrigation systems including sprinklers, manifolds, drip line
 </li>
 <li>
 Install pavers, retaining walls and water features
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, mini-excavators and pipe pullers
 </li>
 <li>
 Onsite clean up as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Seasonal on-call snow removal as needed
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We're Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in landscaping a plus, but not required (we provide training)
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long hours
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work in all weather (heat, rain, cold)
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver's license preferred (some roles may require DOT certification)
 </li>
 <li>
 Good attitude, reliable attendance, and team-first mindset
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Work Hours
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Typically Monday--Friday, 7:00 AM--6:00 PM (seasonal overtime likely)
 </li>
 <li>
 Weekend or on-call hours possible during peak season or snow events
 
 
 </li>

 Physical Requirements

 Lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs regularly
 </li>
 <li>
 Walk up to 10 miles per day on varied terrain
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate gas-powered tools and ride-on equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Stand, kneel, stoop, or bend for extended periods
 </li>
 <li>
 Work safely around vehicles, equipment, and crew members
 </li>
 </ul>
