OverviewMUST HAVE LANDSCAPING EXPERIENCE TO APPLY. We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Landscape Crew Members to join our team. As a vital part of our landscaping services, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' lawns and gardens. This role requires a passion for outdoor work, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality lawn care services.Pay is based on experience. Overtime available.Duties<ul><li>Perform regular mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to ensure a well-manicured appearance.</li><li>Assist in landscape maintenance tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching.</li><li>Hedge Trimming, weed eating, edging, weed spraying, leaf blowing.</li><li>Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various lawn care activities.</li><li>Conduct groundskeeping duties such as leaf removal, debris cleanup, and seasonal preparations.</li><li>Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any mechanical issues promptly.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is require.</li><li>Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and techniques is advantageous.</li><li>Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain power tools effectively.</li><li>A strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.</li><li>Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape care and maintenance.</li></ul>Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while developing your skills in lawn care!Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
