This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to develop your skills in lawn care, landscaping, and outdoor maintenance while contributing to a welcoming community environment.Traits in an Employee we look for :Honest, Hardworking, Dependable , TrustworthyResponsibilities<ul><li>Mow Roadside Lawn using commercial riding mowers to achieve a neat and healthy appearance. Must Be Able to Mow on Incline.</li><li>weed removal Weekly (spray)</li><li>Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging and Weedeating.</li><li>Periodically may have to Lay Straw if Needed</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Spray Weekly Weed killer to keep weeds at Bay.</li><li>Strong lawn care skills with experience in mowing and trimming</li><li>Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques .</li><li>Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.</li><li>Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions and the ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their outdoor maintenance skills while making a tangible difference in community aesthetics.
