GENERAL SUMMARY</b></p>
<p>
Under moderate supervision, performs a variety of customer service, paging and clerical functions to support programming and maintain the integrity of the toy and bookable collections and other services including answering phones, support for customers, various programming initiatives, and maintaining daily records. Incumbent performs typing and other clerical duties as assigned including communicating about the toy and bookable collection support.</p>

Places holds and schedules YLO materials as directed to support the needs of branch staff.</li><li>
Cleans and returns soft branch floor toys and program support materials.</li><li>
Monitors department supply inventory and replenishes when needed.</li><li>
Performs necessary clerical functions such as making copies, answering the phone, composing correspondence, sorting and distributing materials, etc.</li><li>
Tracks, processes and verifies invoices for YLO library materials and follows up with the appropriate department.</li></ul>

Under moderate supervision, performs a variety of customer service and clerical functions related to the circulation of library materials including checking materials in and out, answering patron questions, processing card applications, answering phones, collecting fines, and accepting passport applications.</p>

Provides customer service to library customers including answering telephones regarding library services, policies and procedures, providing general information about the library and responding to customer inquiries.</li><li>

Processes Ohio Link and Search Ohio. Processes and packages materials to be sent to other libraries within and outside the CCPL library system. Unpacks and checks in materials sent from other libraries.</li><li>
Mends and discards materials as directed. Recycles materials when necessary</li><li>
Sorts, processes and distributes incoming and outgoing mail and delivery, including daily check-in of periodicals, as assigned.</li><li>
May assist in opening, closing and monitoring building and in maintaining building security and safety standards as assigned.</li></ul><br>
