We are looking for an executive assistant for our CEO. We are a rapidly growing company. Excellent work ethic and interpersonal skills are required. We are looking for someone who is extremely motivated and accustomed to meeting tight deadlines and following precise procedures. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality is expected. We are seeking someone who enjoys taking initiative and problem solving in dynamic situations, excels in anticipating and addressing the needs of the team supported, and who has strong verbal, written and organizational skills and adept at communicating the message at hand. Strong experience with Zoom, Microsoft office, and Google Workspace required.Tasks would include:1. Maintaining multidimensional calendar events for executive and department2. Scheduling and managing complex travel arrangements, coordinated pre-planning of trips, including booking hotels, travel and activities for team and clients.3. Managing emails/ social media4. Creating power point presentations, meeting planning/ agendas, etc.5.
