As adoption continues to accelerate, ensuring timely patient access through effective reimbursement strategy is fundamental to delivering on our mission and sustaining commercial growth.</p>

The Regional Manager, Field Reimbursement is a field-based member of the CVRx Reimbursement organization responsible for extending the Company's reimbursement strategy into the field. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Reimbursement, this role serves as the regional reimbursement authority, partnering with healthcare providers and the commercial organization to navigate reimbursement complexity, improve patient access, and accelerate appropriate adoption of Barostim therapy.</p>

Working as the field extension of the Reimbursement organization, the Regional Manager translates enterprise reimbursement strategy into regional execution while providing valuable market intelligence back to the organization. Through trusted partnerships and deep reimbursement expertise, this role strengthens one of CVRx's most important strategic capabilities&mdash;ensuring reimbursement excellence becomes a competitive advantage for our customers and our business.</p>

By combining deep reimbursement expertise with strategic commercial partnership, this leader helps ensure that reimbursement complexity never becomes a barrier to patients receiving life-changing therapy. This role is instrumental in advancing patient access, supporting customer success, and delivering on CVRx's mission to improve the lives of patients living with heart failure.</p>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h3><ul>
<li>
<p><b>Reimbursement Leadership</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Execute CVRx's reimbursement strategy across an assigned geographic region.</li>
<li>Serve as the regional subject matter expert on reimbursement, coverage, coding, payment, prior authorization, appeals, and payer policy.</li>
<li>Partner with customers to resolve complex reimbursement challenges and improve patient access.</li>
<li>Identify reimbursement trends and recommend scalable solutions that strengthen enterprise strategy.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Commercial Partnership</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the reimbursement partner to Commercial Leadership, Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, and cross-functional business partners.</li>
<li>Support strategic customer engagements where reimbursement expertise is critical to therapy adoption.</li>
<li>Educate commercial teams on reimbursement trends, payer changes, and market dynamics.</li>
<li>Partner across the organization to ensure reimbursement strategy supports commercial execution while maintaining compliance.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Enterprise Leadership</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Build strong relationships with physicians, health systems, coding and billing professionals, and reimbursement stakeholders.</li>
<li>Provide reimbursement insights that inform Market Access, Marketing, Customer Experience, Clinical, and Commercial Leadership.</li>
<li>Share best practices and market intelligence that strengthen reimbursement capabilities across the organization.</li>
<li>Represent the Reimbursement organization in regional business reviews and strategic planning activities.</li>
</ul>
</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL / TRAINING / JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE</b></h3><ul>

<p>Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Minimum seven years of progressive reimbursement, market access, patient access, or payer strategy experience within medical device OEM, MedTech, or potentially, Biotechnology</p>
</li>
<li><p>Demonstrated expertise supporting commercial and government reimbursement.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Strong knowledge of coverage, coding, payment, prior authorization, and appeals.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.</p>
</li>
<li><p>Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills</p>
</li>

As an Associate Territory Manager (ATM), you&rsquo;ll play a key role in driving market development, providing technical case support, and contributing to revenue growth within your assigned territory. <div><b>KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Account Management and Business Growth:</b></h3><ul>
<li>Develop and execute strategies to meet patient implant and revenue goals, driving the success and adoption of CVRx technologies.</li>
<li>Build and nurture relationships with healthcare clients, including hospitals and clinics, to foster long-term partnerships.</li>
<li>Master the complex physiological and technical principles behind CVRx therapies to effectively communicate their benefits.</li>
<li>Support the sales process by delivering product demonstrations and training healthcare professionals on implantable devices.</li>
<li>Present CVRx devices to cardiologists, hypertension specialists, and surgeons, ensuring they understand the clinical advantages and applications.</li>
<li>Provide hands-on support during implant procedures, follow-ups, and troubleshooting to ensure successful patient outcomes.</li>
<li>Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling additional products.</li>
<li>Represent CVRx at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.</li>
<li>Address client feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and trust.</li>
<li>Contribute to achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Sales and Revenue Growth and Market Analysis:</b></h3><ul>
<li>Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue objectives.</li>
<li>Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to drive consistent sales growth.</li>
<li>Stay updated on market trends and competitive activities to identify strategic opportunities.</li>
<li>Provide input on advertising, promotional materials, and sales collateral to ensure alignment between Marketing and Sales.</li>

<li>Partner with CVRx sales leaders to identify unique customer needs and uncover new sales opportunities.</li>

</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING AND JOB EXPERIENCE</b></h3><ul>
<li>BS/University degree in health sciences or engineering, or a combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree</li>
<li>Comfortable knowledge of disease states which affect the heart (cardiology, cardiovascular, heart failure, etc.) and the treatment of by medical device emergent, therapeutic or pharmaceutical treatments Specific heart-failure experience will be prioritized</li>
<li>Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with key customer groups and CVRx staff</li>
<li>Demonstrable ability to master concepts of a medical &amp; surgical nature and that of active implantable medical device technology</li>
<li>Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills; persuasive communication, excellent presentation, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce or other CRM</li>

</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>PREFERRED EDUCATION, TRAINING AND JOB EXPERIENCE</b></h3><ul>
<li>MBA or other advanced degree preferred - An advanced business education is valued due to the strategic nature of medical device sales, including engagement with hospital administrators, financial stakeholders, and executive decision-makers. Equivalent experience demonstrating strong business acumen, financial analysis, and strategic account management will also be considered.</li>
<li>Specific heart-failure experience will be prioritized.</li>
<li>Healthcare and relative clinical experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of neuromodulation devices and how they work.</li>
<li>Some knowledge of the specific device market with clear understanding of competitive devices, strategies, advantages/disadvantages as they relate to CVRx devices.</li>
<li>Experience working through medical device insurance approvals and the pre-approvals process isa valuable qualifier.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>WORKING CONDITIONS</b></h3><ul>
<li>This position is remote-based and will require the candidate to live within the region specified</li>
<li>This position will require interfacing with multiple internal departments and physicians, investigators and customers</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs</li>
<li>Ability to travel 60-75% or more, some overnights may be required</li>

<div>Salary range for U.S locations (USD): 100,000 per year.</div>
<div></div>
<div>The base salary range is applicable across the U.S., complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and specific location.</div>

<div>In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Variable Incentive Plan (VIP) which provides the opportunity to earn additional variable compensation for meeting established objectives as outlined during first 30 days of employment.</div>
