<div>Refuge is seeking dedicated Male and Female Locker Attendants to help maintain our locker rooms at the highest level of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality. Locker Attendants play an important role in the guest experience by ensuring locker rooms are fully stocked, clean, and welcoming while also assisting guests with questions and needs throughout their visit. This position will start on May 1, 2026

This position requires attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to providing a relaxing and comfortable environment for all guests. Must be available for day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Work Schedule: Thursday - Monday

Shifts 2:00 pm - 10:00pm
Guest Service &amp; Hospitality
<ul><li>
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>
Assist guests with questions, directions, or locker room needs.</li><li>
Maintain a calm, respectful, and hospitality-focused presence in the locker room areas.</li></ul>

Locker Room Maintenance
<ul><li>
Sanitize and restock lockers as needed with clean towels and robes.</li><li>
Ensure massage rooms are stocked with clean linens, towels, and robes.</li><li>
Monitor locker areas to maintain organization and cleanliness.</li><li>
Collect used towels and robes and transport them to the designated laundry areas.</li></ul>

Cleaning &amp; Sanitation
<ul><li>
Clean and sanitize restroom areas within the locker rooms.</li><li>
Clean and maintain locker room shower areas.</li><li>
Sweep and mop locker room floors as needed throughout the shift.</li><li>
Maintain overall cleanliness and presentation of the locker room environment.</li></ul>

Operational Support
<ul><li>
Monitor inventory levels of towels, robes, and locker room supplies.</li><li>
Report maintenance issues or supply shortages to supervisors.</li></ul>

Assist with additional operational duties
Qualifications
<ul><li>
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.</li><li>
Friendly, approachable, and guest-service oriented.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift laundry bags or supplies throughout the shift.</li><li>
Previous hospitality, spa, or housekeeping experience is a plus but not required.</li></ul>

Work Environment
<ul><li>
Outdoor and indoor spa environment with warm and humid conditions.</li><li>
Frequent movement between locker rooms, massage areas, and laundry collection points.</li><li>
Must be able to lift and carry to 25lbs</li></ul></div>
