 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are hiring in our Client Services department for Event Management software product. You shall either be a part of a team that supports clients over the phone and email on the Cvent Event Management software or will be responsible for implementing their event requirements in the tool and sharing best practices with them.
 
 
 Our team of over 350 Product Consultants, Analysts and Relationship Managers is a close-knit group of dynamic and high-energy professionals. We have people from various educational backgrounds including computer information systems, psychology, and communications.
 
 
 
 In This Role, You Will
 
 
 
 Support clients over the phone and email by answering their product questions and offering
 
 
 technical assistance
 
 
  Offer best practice tips to clients to boost their meeting attendance via Cvent&rsquo;s marketing engine
 
 
  Gather client requirements for future releases of the product
 
 
  Create and maintain all product documentation
 
 
  Implement and manage the online portion of client events as and when needed
 
 
  Gather client requirements and implement them in Cvent&rsquo;s event management software
 
 
  Communicate with the client and review the initial implementation with them and make required
 
 
 changes
 
 
  Provide suggestions to the client to improve the overall result of the implementation and help client
 
 
 meet their goals
 
 
  Document all communication with the client in Cvent&rsquo;s CRM software

Management Trainee, Associate Product Consultant

 We are seeking a data-driven Audience Manager to lead the creation, management, and optimization of targeted account and contact segments for Cvent&rsquo;s Hospitality Cloud. This role works closely with marketing, analytics, and sales teams to ensure the right and defined audiences are identified, reached and engaged with the right messages resulting in accelerated lead generation, and revenue growth. The position requires strong expertise in 360 degree marketing, segmentation, data strategy, and an understanding of global privacy frameworks.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What you will be doing:
 
 
 
 &bull; Develop and execute audience segmentation strategies using CRM, firmographic, behavioral, and both organic and inorganic data sources.
 
 
 &bull; Partner with global product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, and internal sales teams to redefine and drive engagement for specific audiences in line with campaign objectives and sales priorities.
 
 
 &bull; Build, enrich, and activate audience segments using Salesforce, CDPs, and marketing automation platforms.
 
 
 &bull; Design and manage a contact strategy framework to identify, engage, and nurture high-value accounts and contacts. Ensure inclusion/exclusion basis campaign objective and outcomes.
 
 
 &bull; Incorporate AI-driven insights and surrogate modeling into audience identification and engagement strategies.
 
 
 &bull; Monitor audience coverage, utilization, and engagement; identify opportunities for optimization and report on audience KPIs (e.g., coverage growth, lead-to-opportunity conversion, campaign ROI).
 
 
 &bull; Ensure compliance with global privacy laws and frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, and others), including audience suppression and opt-out best practices.
 
 
 &bull; Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and audience experiments to refine targeting and personalization.
 
 
 &bull; Present insights and recommendations to marketing, sales, and leadership stakeholders in clear, data-driven narratives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What you will need for this role:
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. MBA preferred
 
 
 &bull; 10&ndash;12 years of experience in audience management, CRM strategy, or data-driven marketing (B2B preferred) preferably working in US/European markets.
 
 
 &bull; Strong expertise in segmentation, targeting, personalization, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
 
 
 &bull; Proficient in Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, or similar).
 
 
 &bull; Skilled in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau/Looker) with intermediate Excel/SQL abilities.
 
 
 &bull; Strong understanding of privacy regulations, global compliance frameworks, and audience suppression best practices.
 
 
 &bull; Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across departments and present insights to senior leadership.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications:
 
 
 
 &bull; Experience in B2B SaaS or events/hospitality industry.
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with advanced audience enrichment, identity resolution, and data governance practices.

 &bull; Experience working in global organizations with multi-market audience strategies.
 
 
 &bull; Demonstrated ability to mentor or lead cross-functional initiatives and champion adoption of new audience practices.
