Responsibilities:</b><br>
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make an impact in a mission-driven organization? CW is looking for a dedicated <b>Accounts Receivable Clerk</b> to support our financial operations and uphold our commitment to excellence and integrity.</div><ul><li>
Perform clerical tasks related to accounts receivable, including filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents.</li><li>
Complete data entry assignments with accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>
Review customer billing information to ensure accuracy before processing.</li><li>
Enter and distribute customer invoices based on goods or services rendered.</li><li>
Monitor overdue invoices and follow up with customers via phone, email, and written correspondence.</li><li>
Resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with internal departments and external customer contacts.</li><li>
Process account adjustments, refunds, and reconciliations with proper documentation and approvals.</li><li>
Respond to billing and payment inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>
Maintain compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and data protection standards when handling sensitive information.</li>
Assist with internal and external audits by providing requested documentation.<br>

What You&rsquo;ll Need:</b></div><ul><li>
Minimum of 2 years of hands on experience working in a finance, accounting, or administrative role.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with billing, invoicing, and payment processing.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently.</li>
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information with discretion.<br>

Bonus If You Have These Skills:</b></div><ul><li>
Familiarity with accounting software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., QuickBooks).</li><li>
Strong understanding of accounts receivable and financial recordkeeping.</li><li>
Knowledge of accrual accounting and billing processes.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines.</li>
Willingness and ability to learn new software, processes, and regulations related to accounts receivable.<br>

Physical &amp; Environmental Demands:</b></div><ul><li>
This role is primarily performed in a standard office setting. The workspace is climate-controlled with moderate noise levels typical of administrative operations. The employee will regularly use office equipment such as computers, printers, telephones, and scanners.</li><li>
The position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while performing data entry, reviewing documents, and communicating via email or phone.</li><li>
Frequent use of hands and fingers is required to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. Tasks involve repetitive motion and fine motor skills for typing, filing, and handling paperwork.</li><li>
Must have sufficient visual acuity to read printed materials and digital screens, including spreadsheets and detailed reports. Adequate hearing is necessary to participate in meetings, answer phone calls, and communicate effectively with team members and external contacts.</li><li>
Occasional walking, standing, bending, and reaching may be required to retrieve files, access office supplies, or attend meetings within the building.</li><li>
May occasionally need to lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds, such as boxes of documents, office supplies, or small equipment.</li><li>
This position typically follows standard business hours, but may occasionally require extended hours during payroll cycles, audits, or deadlines.</li><li>
The role demands a high level of concentration and discretion due to the sensitive nature of payroll and employee data. The ability to work in a focused manner with minimal distractions is essential.</li>
