You don&rsquo;t need any experience&mdash;we&rsquo;ll teach you everything you need to know, like how to mow lawns, trim bushes, and spread mulch. Just bring a good attitude and be ready to learn.<br>

Day in the Life of a Landscaping Crew Member:</b></div><ul><li>
Start your day by checking in in your supervisor and your team members.</li><li>
Review the day&rsquo;s assignments, and load up the truck with the tools and equipment you&rsquo;ll need.</li><li><div>
Once you arrive at your assigned location, you&rsquo;ll jump into action by:</div><ul><li>
Mowing large lawn areas, edging sidewalks and driveways, and trimming around trees, fences, and other hard-to-reach spots.</li></ul></li><li><div>
Next, you&rsquo;ll focus on landscaping tasks like:</div><ul><li>
Weeding flower beds, pruning shrubs and small trees, laying mulch, or planting seasonal flowers.</li></ul></li><li>
As you wrap up the job site, you&rsquo;ll blow off walkways, clear any debris, and make sure everything looks polished.</li><li>
You'll reload tools, clean up the work area, and communicate any site notes or equipment issues to your crew leader.</li><li>
Once the team arrives back to the office, you&rsquo;ll help unload, clean up, and prep for the next day.</li></ul><div><br>

What You Need to Be Successful:</b></div><ul><li>
No landscaping experience required &mdash; we provide full training.</li><li>
Must be willing to learn how to safely use landscaping tools and equipment.</li><li>
Ability to follow instructions and work safely around equipment and outdoor environments.</li><li>
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate respectfully with coworkers and supervisors.</li><li>
Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.</li><li>
Attention to detail when completing tasks such as debris removal, edging, or cleanup.</li><li>
Valid Real ID,</li><li>

Responsibilities:</b><br>

Perform clerical tasks related to accounts receivable, including filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents.</li><li>
Complete data entry assignments with accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>
Review customer billing information to ensure accuracy before processing.</li><li>
Enter and distribute customer invoices based on goods or services rendered.</li><li>
Monitor overdue invoices and follow up with customers via phone, email, and written correspondence.</li><li>
Resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with internal departments and external customer contacts.</li><li>
Process account adjustments, refunds, and reconciliations with proper documentation and approvals.</li><li>
Respond to billing and payment inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>
Maintain compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and data protection standards when handling sensitive information.</li>
Assist with internal and external audits by providing requested documentation.<br>

What You&rsquo;ll Need:</b></div><ul><li>
Minimum of 2 years of hands on experience working in a finance, accounting, or administrative role.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with billing, invoicing, and payment processing.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently.</li>
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information with discretion.<br>
