Job Overview Established Real Estate Developer Company in Bellevue downtown is seeking an experienced Accounting/Administration Clerk. The position requires an experienced full charge bookkeeper with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, month end close, bank reconciliation and financial statement preparation.The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong organizational skills, good judgment and decision making. In addition, the position requires the ability to meet deadlines, work independently, multi-task and work well under pressure. Advanced Excel skills and fluent Mandarin is required.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and ledgers.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.</li><li>Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.</li><li>Support 1099tax preparation processes and assist with end of year tax filing as needed.</li><li>Utilize financial software to manage data entry and reporting tasks effectively.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documents.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficient in financial accounting principles and practices.</li><li>Experience with corporate accounting processes is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with Real Estate industry is a plus.</li><li>Excellent written communication skills for financial report writing.</li><li>Proficient in using Accounting software for data management and reporting.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.</li></ul>If you are passionate about accounting and eager to contribute to our team's success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Accounting Clerk.Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Bellevue, WA 98004 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Bellevue, WA 98004: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
