While this is a full-time role, we offer flexible start/end times and hybrid work options for established team members.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Act as the central point of contact between consultants, clients, and third-party vendors.</li><li>Manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables and milestones are tracked and met.</li><li>Coordinate high-level meetings, workshops, and steering committees, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of consulting proposals, research reports, and professional presentations.</li><li>Oversee the onboarding of new clients and ensure all contractual documentation is accurately filed.</li><li>Monitor project budgets and track consulting hours to assist with monthly invoicing.</li><li>Maintain the company&rsquo;s internal knowledge base and project archives.</li></ul>Skills and Requirements<ul><li>Project Coordination: 2+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within professional services.</li><li>Advanced Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English; Arabic proficiency is highly valued for client interactions.</li><li>Software Mastery: Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools like Trello or Asana.</li><li>Adaptability: The ability to pivot quickly between different project needs and manage competing priorities effectively.</li><li>Attention to Detail: A &quot;eagle-eye&quot; for formatting, grammar, and data accuracy in professional documents.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.</li></ul>Apply NowYour career at CWS-Conseil LLC begins with a simple step.
