 CX2 is seeking a skilled
 
 Graphic Designer
 
 to help define and execute our visual identity across digital and print. You&rsquo;ll concept, design, and deliver creative assets that support CX2&rsquo;s mission, from websites and presentations to digital campaigns and event materials. The ideal candidate combines strong visual instincts with technical fluency and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
 
 
 
 Overall Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and produce creative materials including websites, digital ads, social media, presentations, and marketing collateral
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Creative Director and internal teams to meet project goals and deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Own projects from concept through final delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate AI-assisted tools into workflows for speed and innovation
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and QA design files for production (print, web, email)
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and organize design assets
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously explore new ideas, trends, and technologies
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design across print, UX/UI, and digital campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design principles
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with email and social media campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Positive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Portfolio showcasing original work across multiple formats
