If you have a passion for storytelling, visual design, and teaching, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your talent and contribute to a growing learning environment.Responsibilities: Video Editing<ul><li>Edit and assemble raw footage into polished and cohesive video products, ensuring seamless transitions, continuity, and proper sequencing of scenes.</li><li>Understand the project's narrative and creative vision, making editorial decisions to enhance storytelling through pacing, shot selection, and overall structure.</li><li>Adjust and enhance color, contrast, and visual aesthetics through proficient color correction and grading techniques.</li><li>Sync and mix audio elements, including dialogue, music, sound effects, and voice-overs, to achieve a balanced and immersive audio experience.</li><li>Incorporate visual effects, motion graphics, and other elements to enhance the video's visual appeal and effectively convey information.</li><li>Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback and implementing revisions to meet project objectives.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in video editing and post-production, applying them to enhance the quality and efficiency of your work.</li></ul>Graphic Design<ul><li>Create compelling designs for branding, including logos, marketing materials, and social media content.</li><li>Work on UI/UX designs for websites and mobile applications using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.</li><li>Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with the brand&rsquo;s identity and marketing goals.</li><li>Design promotional materials such as brochures, banners, posters, and presentations.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to create visually appealing content that engages and attracts audiences.</li><li>Maintain an organized file structure for all design assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval.</li></ul>Teaching Responsibilities<ul><li>Teach students video editing using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.</li><li>Train students in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.</li><li>Guide students in storytelling, visual composition, and motion graphics techniques.</li><li>Provide hands-on training and practical exercises to help students build real-world projects.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools to keep training materials relevant and up to date.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Video Editor &amp; Graphic Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of work.</li><li>Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut.</li><li>Strong knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.</li><li>Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other graphic design tools.</li><li>Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and branding concepts.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a team.</li><li>Prior teaching experience in video editing or graphic design is a plus.</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work under tight deadlines.</li><li>Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition.</li><li>Self-motivated with a passion for continuously learning and growing in the field of video editing and graphic design.</li></ul>Location &amp; Timings:<ul><li>Location: Johar Town, Lahore</li><li>Timings: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM</li><li>(Please make sure you are OK with the timings before applying)</li></ul>How to Apply:If you are passionate about video editing, graphic design, and teaching, we encourage you to apply.
