To support our rapid growth, we are expanding our team with a sales Manager based in Dubai, responsible for managing sales and business development in the UAE and international markets, driving revenue growth and achieving strategic sales targets. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
&#61623; Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs to ensure consistent business growth. 
&#61623; Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Cyberdrone&rsquo;s goals and evolving market trends. 
&#61623; Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the entertainment, events, and drone sectors. 
&#61623; Own the full sales cycle&mdash;from lead generation to closing&mdash;while ensuring an excellent client experience. 
&#61623; Monitor sales performance through data-driven insights, continuously improving client engagement and retention. 
&#61623; Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders. 
 
Requirements: 
&#61623; Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in entertainment, drone shows, events, or hospitality. 
&#61623; Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). 
&#61623; Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive sustainable revenue growth. 
&#61623; Strong industry network and track record of client acquisition and retention. 
&#61623; Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
&#61623; Willingness to travel internationally (up to 40% of the time).

To strengthen our Sales Department, we are seeking a Sales Coordinator based in Dubai. This role will support the Director of Sales in managing leads, handling departmental administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations that drive overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide direct support to the Sales Department in day-to-day activities and departmental coordination.</li><li>
Manage and track incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation in CRM systems.</li><li>
Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and proposals.</li><li>
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and follow-up actions.</li><li>
Assist with client communication and ensure excellent service across all touchpoints.</li><li>
Handle administrative tasks for the Sales Department, including contract preparation, database management, and filing.</li><li>
Support the wider sales team in achieving targets by ensuring seamless processes and effective communication.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience in an administrative or sales support role (experience in entertainment, events, or hospitality is a plus).</li><li>
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.</li><li>
