Strategic Leadership &amp; Planning<ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.</li><li>Lead the planning and implementation of all digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content.</li><li>Mentor and manage junior marketing team members and interns, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.</li></ul>2. Performance &amp; Channel Ownership<ul><li>Take full ownership of our key digital channels, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.</li><li>Oversee all paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), managing budgets, and optimizing for conversion.</li><li>Drive organic growth through advanced SEO strategies, content marketing, and community engagement.</li></ul>3. Advanced Analytics &amp; Insights<ul><li>Utilize advanced analytics tools to measure campaign performance and track key metrics (KPIs).</li><li>Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.</li><li>Present detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and business impact to senior leadership.</li></ul>4.
