Graphic Design Create visually appealing designs for social media, branding, print, and digital campaigns. Develop logos, banners, illustrations, brochures, posters, and marketing materials. Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs. Work closely with creative and marketing teams to visualize concepts. Video Editing &amp; Motion Graphics Edit raw video footage and enhance video content with transitions, typography, effects, and sound. Create motion graphics, animated elements, intros/outros, and explainer videos. Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce high-quality video assets. Visual Effects (VFX) Design and implement VFX elements such as compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, green-screen removal, and CGI elements. Create realistic or stylized effects depending on the project requirements. Maintain high attention to detail for seamless integration of VFX into live-action footage. Creative Development Participate in brainstorming and storyboarding sessions. Suggest creative ideas and improve visual quality and storytelling. Stay updated with the latest design, animation, and VFX trends. Technical Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality outputs on schedule. Organize and maintain project files, asset libraries, and backups. Graphics Designer

1. Social Media Management Plan, create, and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Monitor engagement: comments, DMs, reach, impressions. Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads/LinkedIn Ads). --- 2. Content Planning &amp; Execution Assist in creating content calendars. Coordinate with designers, writers, and video editors for creatives. Write basic captions, ad copy, and keyword-driven content. --- 3. SEO &amp; Website Management Perform keyword research. Optimize webpages, blogs, and landing pages (On-page SEO). Track ranking improvements and website traffic using tools like Google Search Console and Analytics. Coordinate blog uploads, metadata, and internal linking. --- 4. Google Ads / Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Assist in planning and executing Google Search &amp; Display campaigns. Monitor daily spend, CPC, conversions, and ROI. Report performance metrics. --- 5. Email Marketing Create and send newsletters, promotional emails, and drip sequences. Manage email lists inside Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot etc. Track open rates, click-through, and conversions. --- 6. Analytics &amp; Reporting Track daily/weekly/monthly performance across all platforms. Prepare reports for campaigns, leads, organic growth, and conversions. Analyze data and provide insights for improvement. --- 7. Lead Generation Support Manage inbound leads from ads, website, and social media. Work with sales/CRM team to track lead flow. Create landing pages, lead magnets, and ad funnels. --- 8. Competitor Research &amp; Trend Analysis Monitor competitor ads, content, keywords, and strategies. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithms, and new tools. --- 9. Coordination &amp; Cross-Functional Support Work with design, content, and sales teams. Ensure creatives match brand guidelines. Coordinate campaigns, events, and digital promotions. --- 10. Branding &amp; Online Reputation Management Maintain consistent brand messaging online. Monitor reviews and listings (Google My Business, Justdial, etc.).
