The <i>Shade Technician</i> position with Cyber Technology Group is a full-time, FLSA-qualifying position, reporting directly to the Lighting / Shade Manager. The responsibilities, duties and expectations of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:<br>

<b>SUMMARY:</b><br>
<br>
A <i>Shade Technician</i> is responsible for the support, installation and service of assigned interior and exterior shading solutions. This is a finish installation role, requiring cleanliness, accuracy and attention to detail. Cyber is also looking for experienced Shade Installers for our Lead Shade Technician role.<br>
<br>
<b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div>
<ul><li>Supports and contributes to the absolute highest level of service and care of our clients</li>
<li>Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and/or clarity within the process. Works closely with the team to acknowledge and address inconsistencies or misses which would negatively impact productivity and Cyber Technology Group&rsquo;s brand</li>
<li>Builds strong relationships with employees through consistent, clear communication</li>
<li>Supports installation of window covers and automated interior / exterior shade solutions</li>
<li>Exhibits patience and care, takes precise, accurate measurements</li>
<li>Works and lays out jobsite(s) and products in an efficient, organized manner</li>
<li>Contributes to the general cleanliness of the company vehicle, job site(s) and workspace, cleaning as you go to best reflect Cyber&rsquo;s brand and attention to detail.</li>
