Your primary focus will be on leveraging telecom retail industry best practices in ABAP to enhance SAP functionality, integrate SAP with external systems, and optimize business processes.Job Duties / Accountabilities:1. Custom Development:<ul><li>Design, develop, and implement custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICEF objects) to meet business requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand the telecom retail business process requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li><li>Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and SAP development guidelines.</li></ul>2. SAP Enhancements and Modifications:<ul><li>Customize standard SAP functionality using ABAP enhancements such as user exits, BAdIs, and enhancement spots.</li><li>Implement modifications to standard SAP objects (e.g., SAP forms, screens, workflows) to align with business processes.</li><li>Conduct impact analysis and regression testing for SAP enhancements and modifications.</li></ul>3. Data Migration and Integration:<ul><li>Develop data migration programs using ABAP to facilitate the transfer of data between SAP and external systems.</li><li>Integrate SAP with third-party applications, systems, and services using ABAP interfaces, web services, and APIs.</li><li>Troubleshoot data integration issues and ensure data accuracy and consistency.</li></ul>4. Performance Optimization:<ul><li>Identify opportunities to improve the performance and efficiency of SAP systems through ABAP development.</li><li>Analyze and optimize ABAP code, SQL queries, and database access to minimize response times and resource consumption.</li><li>Implement caching mechanisms, indexing strategies, and other performance tuning techniques.</li></ul>5. Technical Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:<ul><li>Document technical specifications, design documents, and test plans for ABAP developments.</li><li>Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members, including functional consultants and developers.</li><li>Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to transfer ABAP skills and best practices within the organization.</li></ul>Essential Skills / Competencies:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer in the telecom or retail sector.</li><li>Strong proficiency in ABAP programming language, including ABAP Objects, ABAP Dictionary, and ABAP Workbench.</li><li>Experience with SAP modules such as SAP SD, SAP MM, or SAP FI/CO is highly desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP development tools and methodologies, including SAP NetWeaver, SAP Fiori, and SAP HANA.</li><li>Experience with SAP integration technologies such as IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, and OData.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex ABAP programs.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li><li>SAP ABAP certification or Any other SAP Certification is Must.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;1,500,000.00 - &#8377;2,800,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current CTC and expected CTC?</li><li>The job location is at Bangalore and we are hiring immediately. are you willing to relocate?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
