Job Description:&bull;Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.&bull;Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted and posted.&bull;Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances, processed electronic transfers.&bull;Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.&bull;Knowledge of processing international payments.&bull;Knowledge of Exchange Gain/loss accounting.&bull;Knowledge about settling Foreign Travel claims.&bull;Execute Vendor, Customer, Credit Card and Bank Reconciliation.&bull;Assist in month end closure activity.&bull;Monitor Tax liabilities and ensure tax liabilities are paid on time.&bull;Prepare the data for GSTR 1 and 3B return and ETDS Data quarterly.&bull;Prepare Sales invoice and followup with customer for payments.Your background:&bull;Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline.&bull;1-2 years of experience in restaurant accounting.&bull;Understanding basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.&bull;Sound knowledge about GST &amp; Income Tax.&bull;Proficiency with Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word.&bull;Good communication.&bull;Accounting software and ERP systems like Tally.
