 Role Overview
 
 
 
 The Academic Coordinator will oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of online academic programs to ensure high-quality education delivery. This role involves coordinating curriculum development, guiding online instructors, managing assessments, and fostering a collaborative online learning environment.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Academic Planning &amp; Curriculum Oversight
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and manage academic calendars and schedules for online classes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct timetable reviews to optimize instructional time and avoid conflicts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure curriculum alignment with national education standards and Cyboard&rsquo;s philosophy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Revamp lesson plans and weekly planning to improve clarity and engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote cross-curricular and experiential learning in digital formats.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review Books for the upcoming academic session.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Faculty Support &amp; Development
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct online teacher training workshops on digital pedagogy and classroom management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Observe virtual classes and provide feedback for instructional improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide teachers in notebook assessment protocols and parent-student feedback practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor teachers to meet appraisal goals and foster a culture of excellence.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Assessment &amp; Student Progress
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee the design and review of formative and summative assessments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct assessment plan reviews to ensure alignment with learning objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze student performance data and coordinate personalized learning interventions.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Operational Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and academic reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate online events, examinations, and interdepartmental activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange teacher substitutions promptly and monitor substitute performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate expectations and lesson plans to substitute educators.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Parent-Student Support &amp; Engagement
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide academic guidance and support to students in a virtual setting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate access to tutoring, enrichment, and career guidance resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor student participation and collaborate with counselors and parents.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Faculty &amp; Staff Coordination
 
 
 <ul>

 Act as a liaison between faculty, administration, and support staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth communication for curriculum updates and policy implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor faculty compliance with digital teaching protocols.

 Program Evaluation &amp; Improvement

 Evaluate academic programs and recommend data-driven improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review teaching strategies and student feedback for continuous enhancement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Suggest innovations in EdTech tools and digital pedagogy.
 
 
 </li>

 Compliance &amp; Accreditation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare documentation for reviews and inspections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated with educational regulations and integrate changes into practice.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Workshop Organisation and Backend Coordination
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Organises the resource person for conducting parent, Student,Teacher Workshop.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain documentation of interview outcomes, onboarding plans, and meeting minutes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate onboarding and training of new teachers in Cyboard&rsquo;s digital systems and protocols.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 NIOS Registration
 
 
 
 Support parents and teachers with respect to the NIOS registration process, ensuring clarity, timely assistance, and a seamless experience from inquiry to enrolment.

 Qualifications And Experience

 Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 4-5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in an administrative or leadership role in an online educational setting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with the curriculum and standards of CBSE/ICSE/State Board.
 
 
 </li>
