 Position Summary
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Analyst to oversee, maintain, and continuously improve our existing Dynamics 365 environment. This individual will serve as both a technical expert and a strategic partner, ensuring the system remains current, optimized, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate combines deep platform knowledge with strong communication and customer service skills &mdash; translating business needs (&ldquo;customer speak&rdquo;) into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain and update the current Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring system stability, security, and performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage regular platform updates, rollouts, and patches, including testing and validation before deployment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor integrations, workflows, and automations to ensure seamless operation across departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations, Team Leads, and key stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate user and departmental needs into actionable Dynamics 365 configurations, enhancements, and workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document system architecture, data flow, and configuration changes for transparency and continuity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, features, and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend enhancements or new capabilities to improve efficiency, productivity, and user experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead or support system upgrade and enhancement projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide responsive, high-quality support to users, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver training and documentation to ensure users understand new features and processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a liaison between business teams and Internal Support, ensuring clear communication and expectation alignment.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
 </li>
 <li>
 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations, or Business Central preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing Dynamics environments, including updates, configuration, and custom workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of data modeling, integration points, and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Dynamics 365 administration, configuration, and security roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure integrations, and data connectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in managing release cycles and system testing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management abilities &mdash; able to translate business needs into technical solutions (i.e. a deep understanding of the consultative approach.)
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect (or similar certification).
 </li>
 <li>
 Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (Sales / Project Operations / Customer Service).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations or Business Central (ERP modules).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting a distributed or global team environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience working in a technology consulting or IT services organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using DevOps or ALM for Dynamics 365 deployments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem.
