Shift: All Shifts Available 
Salary: Up to $35 per hour

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team at Cypress Garden Center. In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering top-tier care to our residents while working in a supportive, team-based environment.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as needed to support resident care
</li>
<li>Follow individualized care plans tailored to each resident&rsquo;s unique needs
</li>
<li>Perform assigned duties including wound care, treatments, and clinical procedures with precision
</li>
<li>Accurately document all observations, interventions, and resident evaluations
</li>
<li>Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold residents&rsquo;, families&rsquo;, and facility&rsquo;s rights in accordance with HIPAA regulations
</li>
</ul>Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Valid LPN license in the State of New York
</li>
<li>Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred but not required
</li>
