Job Title: Executive/Training Chefs/Intern Chefs 
Location: Lalbaug, Mumbai 
About the Role: 
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Executive to support New Store Openings (NSO). This role involves coordinating end-to-end store launch activities, ensuring operational readiness, and supporting post-launch stabilization. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, hands-on, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Support business operations and development team in planning and execution of new store openings.</li><li>
Coordinate procurement and installation of equipment, furniture, and other site requirements.</li><li>
Manage logistics for site setup including dry stock, caf&eacute; supplies, Wi-Fi, and utilities.</li><li>
Conduct site recce and ensure operational readiness prior to launch.</li><li>
Track inventory requirements and caf&eacute; sales predictability to ensure stock availability during launch.</li><li>
Assist caf&eacute; managers in achieving operational stability post-launch within defined timelines.</li><li>
Liaison between projects and operations team to ensure smooth handover of projects, document and track progress to ensure timely execution.</li><li>
Work with cross-functional teams to align on timelines and deliverables.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
1 &ndash; 2 years of experience in Operations, preferably in F&amp;B, Retail, or QSR industry.</li><li>
Strong field experience with exposure to procurement, vendor management, or site setup.</li><li>
Willingness to travel frequently and work in flexible shifts (comp offs provided).</li><li>
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and execution skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.</li><li>
Trainable and eager to grow in a fast-scaling environment.</li></ul>
