Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere while handling cash transactions and maintaining cleanliness will be key to your success in this role.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.</li><li>Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their orders.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.</li><li>Operate cash registers, process payments accurately, and manage tabs for customers.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.</li><li>Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions.</li><li>Knowledge of fine dining standards and cocktail preparation techniques is advantageous.</li><li>Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and processing transactions accurately.</li><li>Experience in catering or retail environments is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.</li><li>Must be at least 21 years of age as per legal requirements for serving alcohol.</li></ul>Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages!Job Type: Part-timePay: From $5.00 per hourAbility to Commute:<ul><li>New Bern, NC 28560 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>New Bern, NC 28560: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
