The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid/tender process, ensuring timely and compliant submissions, building strong relationships with OEMs and distributors, and leveraging AI tools for research, documentation, and productivity enhancement.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Bid/Tender Management</li><li>Review, analyze, and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from government, PSU, and corporate clients.</li><li>Coordinate with internal technical, design, and finance teams to prepare winning proposals.</li><li>Ensure proposals meet compliance, technical, and commercial requirements.</li><li>Manage the documentation process, including EMD, pre-bid queries, consortium agreements, and clarifications.</li><li>OEM &amp; Distributor Relations</li><li>Develop and maintain strong working relationships with OEMs, authorised distributors, and suppliers.</li><li>Coordinate for pricing, product specifications, certifications, and technical support.</li><li>Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers to ensure competitive proposals.</li><li>Business Intelligence &amp; AI Tools</li><li>Use AI-powered tools for bid document preparation, market research, competitor analysis, and knowledge management.</li><li>Maintain and update bid libraries/templates for faster turnaround.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Fair knowledge of IT hardware, networking, data centers, and system integration solutions.</li><li>Proven experience (3&ndash;6 years) in bid management, presales, or tendering within a system integrator or OEM environment.</li><li>Excellent understanding of government and corporate procurement processes.</li><li>Ability to interpret technical documents, BOQs, and compliance checklists.</li><li>Strong OEM/distributor/vendor network in IT &amp; networking domains.</li><li>Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, MS Copilot, or similar) for research, drafting, and data analysis.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-procurement portals.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate Science/ Computer Science / IT / Electronics or equivalent.</li><li>BBA in Marketing/IT (preferred but not mandatory).</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Exposure IT, networking, and data center projects.</li><li>Opportunity to work with top OEMs and government/enterprise clients.</li><li>Professional growth in bid management and business development domain.</li><li>Competitive salary and performance-linked incentives.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;45,783.50 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
