 Maintain hospital infection control protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 To maintain the OT records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for maintaining temperature, humidity and air changes as per defined norms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report any Incidence occurrence and sentinel events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Checking daily inventory.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Business &amp; P&amp;L Management
 
 :

 Full ownership of unit&rsquo;s P&amp;L, including topline and bottom-line performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and monitor annual business plans, revenue targets, cost budgets, and ROI measures
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement cost control strategies, efficiency metrics, and drive continuous improvement
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Clinical &amp; Operational Oversight
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Medical Services, Nursing, Diagnostics, and other departments for efficient clinical operations
 </li>

 Ensure optimal bed utilization, OT scheduling, and ALOS management
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive process efficiency through lean methods and clinical excellence initiatives

 Identify and drive business development initiatives &ndash; empanelments, referral partnerships, doctor onboarding, and external collaborations
