The Senior Product Engineer is responsible for supporting the Cytiva Biotech Product Engineering group in the technical aspects of Cassette Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM), consisting of New Product Introduction (NPI), Sustainment and Process/Product improvements, as required.
This position reports to the Sr Manager, Product Engineering and is part of the Product Engineering team located in Westborough, MA and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:<ul><li>
Introduce new Filtration products by coordinating with R&amp;D, Marketing and Manufacturing in accordance with the Stage Gate Process or Redevelopment of existing products post launch based on volume or other needs.</li><li>
Facilitate critical raw material changes while maintaining product quality &amp; customer supply, internally &amp; externally.</li><li>
Responsible for managing product changes at resident site to the current portfolio &amp; support products through their lifecycle.</li><li>
Manage and execute local manufacturing process transfers or capacity expansions in line with Cytiva procedures.</li><li>
Solve problems by using 6 sigma tools, trend analysis, Design of Experiments, FMEA, process risk assessments, etc.</li></ul>
Who you are:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.</li><li>
Proficient in risk-based change control activities, assessing product and process changes to ensure compliance, mitigate risk and maintain product quality and supply continuity.</li><li>
Minimum 2 years of Validation experience: Medical device or Bio-Pharmaceutical Industry preferred.</li><li>
Experience implementing process validation procedures and techniques, such as IQ, OQ &amp; PQ, process and product FMEA, Value Stream Mapping, Ishikawa diagrams, Pareto analysis, parts and process capability studies.</li><li>
Generate clear and concise validation documents (Protocols and Reports) for new products, processes and equipment, and Engineering Studies summarizing continuous improvement projects.</li><li>
Ability to solve complex problems; take a new perspective on existing solutions and exercises judgement based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.</li></ul>
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record &amp; Physical/Environment Requirements:<ul><li>
Ability to travel &ndash; &lt;10% travel, overnight, international, and within territory or locations.</li><li>
Must have a valid passport for international travel.</li></ul>
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:<ul><li>
Formal training and qualification in Six Sigma techniques and Lean tools.</li><li>
Leading cross functional teams through local and/or global projects.</li></ul>

The salary range for this role is $105,000 &ndash; $125,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

 As Senior Scientist, Data Science, this role provides technical leadership to build and strategically advance data‑driven and AI‑based approaches for cell line development, upstream process development, and genetic combination analysis. The position focuses on developing and operationalizing predictive models and scalable MLOps workflows using Cytiva&rsquo;s Scientific Data Platform, while working in close collaboration with a global network of Data Scientists across Cytiva and Danaher. The role also leads cross‑functional projects in partnership with R&amp;D, IT, Quality, and Regulatory teams to enable compliant, data‑driven decision making across the cell line development workflow.
 
 
 
 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and apply advanced ML and statistical models (e.g. regression, tree‑based, Bayesian, DoE) to support mammalian cell line and upstream process R&amp;D.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take ownership of building and operating end‑to‑end ML workflows and a scalable data science and MLOps infrastructure, spanning data ingestion, feature engineering, model deployment, and monitoring.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage Cytiva&rsquo;s Scientific Data Platform (Signals, TetraScience, scientific data lake) and cloud environments (AWS/Azure) for compliant analytics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design scalable data engineering pipelines connecting lab instruments, ELN, and analytics layers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and manage cross‑functional projects across R&amp;D, IT, Quality, and Regulatory, including planning, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.

 Who You Are

 PhD or Master&rsquo;s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, Biotechnology, or a related field with several years of hands‑on experience applying machine learning and data analytics in life sciences or biopharma.

 <li>
 Strong programming skills in Python, experience with SQL, and modern ML framework, experience in building data pipelines (Linux, Docker, CI/CD).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work across disciplines and build strong working relationships with IT, scientists, and engineers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to build new teams and capabilities, including shaping ways of working and technical standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient English language oral and written skills, German would be a plus.

The Field Service Engineer (f/d/m) is responsible for:<ul><li>
Conducts service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts.</li><li>
Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solution. Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system.</li><li>
Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory.</li></ul>
This position reports to the Zone Service Manager and will be fully remote.
What you will do:<ul><li>
Proactive appointment planning for service visits with support from customer care team.</li><li>
Installation, preventative maintenance and repair of our standard research and process systems as well as customized process systems.</li><li>
Performance of qualification and requalification of Cytiva equipment in GMP environment.</li></ul>
Who you are:<ul><li>
Bachelor or Engineer degree in mechanical/electronical engineering, biomedical engineering or mechatronics or adjacent field.</li></ul><ul><li>
Fluent in Turkish and English language, other European language or arabic skills will be a plus.</li><li>
High interest for technique and analytical skills, problem solving mindset</li></ul>
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record &amp; Physical/Environment Requirements:<ul><li>
Willingness for regular travel (Turkey &amp; International) incl. regular overnight stays</li><li>
