The Services Commercial Training Leader is responsible for designing and implementing a best-in-class commercial onboarding and training program to support the Equipment Services Sales team.
This position reports to the Director Commercial Excellence/Senior Director Service Sales and is part of the Equipment Services Product Management team/Service Sales Team located in Marlborough, Massachusetts and is an on-site role.
What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>
Develop a successful commercial onboarding program to support new service sales associates</li><li>
Create and sustain a continuing education system for current and future members of the sales team</li><li>
Act on associate feedback and sales data to adapt or introduce supporting sales enablement training to meet strategic objectives</li><li>
Improve global standardization for service sales training to support funnel management KPIs and forecast accuracy</li><li>
Drive commercial success for critical Equipment Service products and initiatives by partnering with the product management team to create and deliver successful sales training</li></ul>
Who you are<ul><li>
3+ years experience in sales, product management, marketing, or a related function</li><li>
Ability to lead through influence in a complex, matrix environment</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to create and deliver effective training</li><li>
Data driven approach to continuous process improvement</li><li>
Sales enablement or commercial learning experience</li></ul>
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:<ul><li>
A Danaher Business System tool such as Value Selling, Standard Work, PSP, etc.</li><li>
Use of Salesforce.com to drive actionable commercial analytics</li><li>
Adult learning methodologies and/or instructional design</li></ul>
The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $135,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

The Bioprocess Applications Scientist is responsible for providing training, troubleshooting, and technical support to Cytiva customers and associates around the use of Cytiva&rsquo;s industry-leading chromatography resins, columns, and systems at pilot and production scale. This is accomplished through meetings, classroom lectures, and laboratory activities.
This position reports to the North America Resin Modality Leader and is part of the North American Resin Modality team. This is an onsite role that will be in Marlborough, Massachusetts, USA.
What you will do:<ul><li>
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Cytiva&rsquo;s large-scale bioprocess applications laboratory in Marlborough, Massachusetts.</li><li>
You will be part of the North American Resin Modality team providing technical support, training, and troubleshooting for chromatography technologies used by Cytiva&rsquo;s customers in the large-scale purification of therapeutic biologics.</li><li>
You will also interact with and support sales, marketing, field service, Fast Trak training, Bioprocess R&amp;D, and other parts of the organization to help position Cytiva chromatography technologies during pre- and post-sales activities that translate technical applications consultation into defending and expanding market share.</li></ul>
Who you are:<ul><li>
20+ years of experience in the large-scale cGMP purification of biologics &ndash; monoclonal antibodies, recombinant proteins, nucleic acids, and viral vectors.</li><li>
A degree in a life sciences discipline that includes coursework in biochemistry, molecular biology, and analytical methods.</li><li>
Strong background in basic chromatography theory and practice including column packing techniques, resin and membrane technologies, process development, scale-up, and automated systems. Experience with Cytiva&rsquo;s chromatography product portfolio is a plus.</li><li>
Hands-on practical experience with large-scale chromatography equipment. Expertise with Cytiva&rsquo;s &Auml;KTA process&trade; systems, chromatography columns (BPG, Chromaflow&trade;, Axichrom&trade;) and UNICORN&trade; software is preferred.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to contribute and communicate in a multi-disciplinary team environment across geographies, departments, and disciplines.</li></ul>
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record &amp; Physical/Environment Requirements:<ul><li>
This is a customer facing role, and many customer interactions will not require travel. However, some travel to customer sites within North America may be required from time to time. Also, corporate internal meetings may require occasional international travel with the approval of the hiring manager.</li><li>
Travel to customer sites within reasonable driving distance from Cytiva&rsquo;s Marlborough site and the use of rental cars for trips involving flights to other destinations will require a valid driver&rsquo;s license with an acceptable driving record.</li><li>
Ability to safely lift 50 lbs. and move wheeled equipment up to 3000 lbs. with assistance is required.</li><li>
Familiarity with laboratory chemical and safety compliance practices and personal protective equipment is required.</li></ul>
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:<ul><li>
Developing and delivering basic and advanced training to technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>
Customer service, sales, or product support.</li></ul>
