Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead end-to-end project design and development, from concept to completion.</li><li>Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software (AutoCAD)</li><li>Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present creative, practical solutions.</li><li>Oversee project execution, coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors.</li><li>Ensure compliance with building codes, local regulations, and safety standards.</li><li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.</li><li>Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient practices into all designs.</li></ul>Qualificatio<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized institution.</li><li>3 to 4 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects (residential, commercial)</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, other relevant tools.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.</li></ul>We are looking for passionate and creative professionals skilled in AutoCAD to join our teamInterested candidates can share their CV &amp; Portfolio via email at admin@d2aatelier.com or WhatsApp at 9990632664Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
