 Assistant Production Manager
 
 . This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, efficient production planning, and adherence to quality standards within our manufacturing operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless production and operational excellence.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Develop and execute production plans, scheduling, and monitoring to meet targets and deadlines.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and review production documents for new products in line with QA guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the execution of approved manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead quality assessments and address customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and train production personnel, fostering a disciplined and safe working environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the complete production cycle, including resource allocation, productivity, and cost control.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with warehouse, quality control, and procurement teams for efficient workflow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with external vendors and manage outsourced production to ensure timely delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and monitor inventory of raw materials and manage stock procurement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and analyze production reports, cycle times, and capacity utilization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain operational harmony on the production floor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support production planning, budgeting, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Skills &amp; Qualification:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of core production experience in leather accessories within an export house environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience required; graduates from premier institutions preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sound knowledge of production processes, time and action calendars (TNA), and project management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated leadership, team management, and people-handling skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in sourcing fabrics, trims, and managing vendor relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of punctuality, dedication, and a proactive approach to challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
