RESPONSIBILITIES&middot; Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner&middot; Handling of incoming &amp; outgoing calls &amp; addressing queries over the phone&middot; Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized at all times&middot; Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying&middot; Maintain a record of incoming and outgoing employees&middot; To give right information to the patients. e.g. for the doctors timing, OPD Schedule.&middot; To generate registration Number for patients who required investigations / hospitalization or doctor&rsquo;s consultation.&middot; To give appointments to the patients who call for the same.&middot; To take out list for consultants every morning for their records.&middot; To check all telephone lines in Morning &amp; Evening hour, if found faulty inform maintenance to do the needful.&middot; To handle outpatient billing, make sure to handover the Cash Handover to GM&rsquo;s office Every Evening.&middot; Have Basic knowledge in Billing and Payment processing.&middot; Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner&middot; Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations&middot; Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies&middot; Provide support to other team members as neededJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:<ul><li>Rotational shift</li><li>Morning &amp; Evening Shift</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English, Kannada (Basic Communication) &amp; Hindi (Basic Communication).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
