We&rsquo;re a fast-moving team that thrives at the intersection of e-commerce, compliance, and culture.About the Role We&rsquo;re looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead all go-to-market and brand-building initiatives for D8 Super Store&rsquo;s emerging lifestyle and wellness CPG brands. This role will oversee every stage of brand creation and launch &mdash; from strategy and messaging to creative execution and cross-departmental coordination.You&rsquo;ll serve as the bridge between creative, marketing, operations, and leadership, ensuring each milestone hits on time and aligns with the brand&rsquo;s identity, tone, and growth goals.What You&rsquo;ll Do:Brand Strategy &amp; Development<ul><li>Develop and maintain the core brand strategy, positioning, and messaging frameworks for product launches.</li><li>Work with leadership and creative teams to shape visual identity, packaging, and storytelling.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all channels (web, packaging, digital, retail, etc.).</li></ul>Go-to-Market Execution<ul><li>Build and manage the GTM roadmap for product launches, ensuring alignment between product, design, marketing, and operations.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to plan launch timelines, campaign assets, and rollout sequencing.</li><li>Translate brand strategy into actionable marketing initiatives (email, social, paid, influencer, PR, etc.).</li></ul>Project &amp; Cross-Functional Management<ul><li>Act as the main point of contact for cross-departmental teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.</li><li>Manage relationships with external partners (creative agencies, freelancers, content creators, etc.).</li><li>Maintain detailed launch trackers, creative calendars, and performance dashboards.</li></ul>Performance &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Monitor post-launch results, performance metrics, and feedback to refine brand and campaign strategy.</li><li>Identify opportunities for product, creative, or marketing improvement based on data and customer insights.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForQualifications:<ul><li>4&ndash;7 years of experience in brand marketing, GTM strategy, or creative project management, ideally in consumer goods, wellness, or lifestyle categories.</li><li>Strong understanding of end-to-end brand development, from positioning to packaging to campaign launch.</li><li>Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, or agencies.</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and creative problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.</li></ul>Bonus points for:<ul><li>Experience in CPG, supplements, or cannabinoid / functional wellness space.</li><li>Background in creative direction, content production, or e-commerce marketing.</li><li>Proficiency with tools like Asana, Notion, or Airtable for project tracking.</li></ul>Why Join UsAt D8 Super Store, we&rsquo;re redefining the future of wellness and alternative performance.
