About UsD&amp;A Interiors is a fast-growing interior design firm delivering modern, functional, and aesthetically appealing residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for a skilled CAD Expert with strong abilities in 2D drafting, 3D modelling, and SketchUp rendering to join our creative team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create detailed 2D architectural drawings, floor plans, furniture layouts, and construction drawings.</li><li>Develop 3D models and visualisations using SketchUp (V-Ray/Enscape knowledge preferred).</li><li>Work closely with designers to convert concepts into accurate technical drawings.</li><li>Produce detailed elevations, sections, and working drawings for execution teams.</li><li>Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and meet project standards.</li><li>Make revisions based on client feedback or design updates.</li><li>Maintain project files and documentation in an organised manner.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a CAD Draftsman/3D Designer in interior design or architecture.</li><li>Strong proficiency in:</li><li>AutoCAD (2D)</li><li>SketchUp (3D)</li><li>V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion (added advantage)</li><li>Ability to understand measurements, technical drawings, and site requirements.</li><li>Good sense of design detail, materials, furniture concepts, and space planning.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>Relevant certifications in CAD or 3D software are a plus.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary Range: &#8377;15,000 &ndash; &#8377;35,000 (based on skill &amp; experience)</li><li>Project-based incentives</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a creative and dynamic team</li><li>Exposure to real interior design projects from start to finish</li></ul>Sanjeev Singh#9873647473Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;33,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
