Drafting and Vetting of documents:<ul><li>Drafting of commercial agreements, including but not limited to MOUs, NDAs, Contracts, CSR Grant Agreements, Shareholders Agreements and other matters.</li><li>Formulating, drafting and vetting of corporate policies in respect of companies under Companies Act, RBI Regulations, Insurance and other regulations</li></ul>Compliance and Legal Research:<ul><li>Conducting research on legal and regulatory developments affecting client companies.</li><li>Preparing compliance checklists and trackers for various laws and regulations as required by the Audit team from time to time.</li></ul>Documentation and Coordination:<ul><li>Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal and compliance documentation.</li><li>Coordinating with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Following up on deadlines for compliance filings and reports.</li></ul>Miscellaneous:<ul><li>Providing administrative support to the firm, including record management and client correspondence.</li><li>Assisting in preparing presentations and reports as required.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:Educational Background:<ul><li>Graduate in Commerce, Law, or any related field (preferable).</li><li>Knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and other corporate laws.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MCA21 portal.</li><li>Good drafting and communication skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and organizational skills.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Prior experience or internship in a Company Secretarial or legal role is an advantage.</li></ul>Remuneration:<ul><li>Competitive, based on qualifications and experience.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Legal drafting: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
