D&amp;B Construction Group is looking for a Project Manager to join our team! The Project Manager will plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. The person in this role will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The project manager ensures that all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and within budget. That&rsquo;s why, in addition to holiday pay, we offer all salaried employees flexible PTO to promote a healthy work/life balance.If you want to join a growing company, then this is the role for you!Responsibilities: <ul><li>Oversee and direct construction projects from contract execution through close-out</li><li>Identify and rectify scheduling challenges to meet project deliverables</li><li>Meet contractual conditions of performance</li><li>Manage scope, schedule and cost changes throughout the course of construction</li><li>Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones</li><li>Identify, analyze and mitigate risks</li><li>Monitor compliance, safety and quality construction standards</li><li>Track projected and actual gross profit margin of active projects and prepare reports pertaining to job status</li><li>Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status</li><li>Communicate with stakeholders to set and maintain client expectations</li><li>Conduct site visits and progress meetings</li></ul>Competencies: <ul><li>Well versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve best results</li><li>Possess analytical mind and great organizational skills</li><li>Proven work experience in construction management and an understanding of all facets of the construction process, details, means and methods</li><li>Familiarity with construction management software packages</li><li>Ability to think &ldquo;big&rdquo; picture</li><li>Competent in conflict and crisis management</li><li>Ability to lead the construction team</li><li>Excellent communication, time and project management skills</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>HS diploma or GED</li><li>5 years&rsquo; experience in multifamily or commercial construction project management</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft office</li><li>Ability to read blueprints</li><li>Experience with RFIs and submittals</li><li>Ability to travel to job sites as needed</li></ul>Preferred: <ul><li>BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance</li><li>Voluntary Benefits (Life Insurance, Short-term &amp; Long-term Disability)</li><li>Health Savings Account (HSA)</li><li>Holiday Pay</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Annual Bonus Program</li><li>Employee Referral Program</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
