We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of hands-on HR experience and will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions in a tech-driven, agile work environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles</li><li>Conduct onboarding &amp; orientation for new hires</li><li>Coordinate employee engagement and wellness programs</li><li>Support performance review processes and feedback cycles</li><li>Maintain HR records, employee files, and databases.</li><li>Ensure HR policy compliance and labor law adherence</li><li>Handle employee relations and grievance redressal</li><li>Assist with payroll, attendance, and exit formalities</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR generalist/recruitment role</li><li>Prior experience in a tech company or startup preferred</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance</li><li>High level of integrity and confidentiality</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Exposure to scaling HR in a startup or SaaS environment</li><li>Understanding of tech hiring trends and challenges</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
