Position SummaryWe seek a dynamic and imaginative Social Media Content Creator with a passion for advertising and storytelling to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan, ideate, design and produce engaging content &mdash; including videos, photos and graphics &mdash; to promote our clients&rsquo; products and services across all digital platforms.Responsibilities: <ul><li>Create content that delivers on our clients&rsquo; brand goals and strategies</li><li>Produce and direct videos in collaboration with our team members. Capture and edit quality videos and photos</li><li>Write captions and manage posting schedules to maintain consistent online activity</li><li>Stay up-to- date with all platform updates, the latest trends and emerging formats to keep our clients&rsquo; brands fresh, engaging and relevant</li></ul>Qualifications/Experience:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing</li></ul>&middot; Proven experience and success in videography, photography, and editing<ul><li>Skilled at shooting with mobile devices and cameras; understanding of lighting etc</li><li>Deep understanding of TikTok, YouTube and YT Shorts, Snapchat, Instagram, FB, and other platforms; must be an active user of these platforms</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and be adaptable when plans and schedules change</li><li>Excellent communication skills and storyteller</li><li>Proficient in graphic design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut or similar editing software</li><li>Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, ideation, and workflow efficiency</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with Team</li><li>Has a portfolio that shows visual design, motion graphics, and content creation</li><li>Fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking and writing) a plus</li></ul>d exp&oacute;sito &amp; Partners Work Model: We currently work in hybrid model. We believe both remote and in-person have their advantages and disadvantages, and we want a work environment that is best of both worlds. Our teams are currently required to work 3 days a week at the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and the remaining days remotely.Job Types: Full-time, TemporaryPay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearAbility to Commute:<ul><li>New York, NY 10017 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>New York, NY 10017: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
