<p>
Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Structure car deals for clients in compliance with finance lender guidelines and company policy, ensuring quick funding and high customer satisfaction.</li>
<li> Implement company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized office environment.</li>
<li> Adhere to professional ethics, state regulations, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.</li>
<li> Maintain confidentiality and accurately disclose financial information to customers.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of three years&rsquo; experience as an F&amp;I Manager.</li>
<li>Strong product knowledge, professionalism, empathy, and excellent math and computer skills.</li>
<li>Certificates, licenses, or registrations as required by state regulations.</li>
<li> Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and maintain a high level of integrity.</li>
