 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Position: Store Manager
 
 
 Industry: Gems &amp; Jewellery
 
 
 Experience Required: Minimum 7 years in a similar role within the jewellery sector
 
 
 
 
 
 Location: Multiple locations across Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and inventory control
 </li>
 <li>
 Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and industry standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the head office for stock planning, reporting, and marketing initiatives
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience as a Store Manager in the gems and jewellery industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-focused approach with an eye for detail and design
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of retail software and inventory systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in Hindi and basic English; local language proficiency is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in managing a team in a retail environment
 </li>
