If you&rsquo;re passionate about working outdoors and eager to learn more about farming, agriculture, and landscaping practices, this is the perfect role for you!Duties<ul><li>Assist with planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and mulching to promote healthy growth of plants and shrubs</li><li>Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, aerating, and overseeding to ensure lush, vibrant turf</li><li>Support irrigation system installation and troubleshooting to keep landscapes properly hydrated</li><li>Help with greenhouse tasks such as seed starting, transplanting, and climate control to nurture young plants</li><li>Use hand tools and power tools safely for landscape projects including digging, trimming, and soil preparation</li><li>Conduct routine landscape maintenance tasks like weed control, leaf removal, and debris clearing</li><li>Assist with farming activities such as crop planting, harvesting, and soil management when needed</li><li>Follow safety protocols during all gardening activities to ensure a secure work environment</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience or strong interest in gardening, horticulture or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required</li><li>Knowledge of irrigation systems and greenhouse operations is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with lawn care equipment and hand/power tools is desirable</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for active tasks</li><li>Basic understanding of growing techniques, farming practices or agriculture principles is beneficial</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward plant health and landscape aesthetics</li><li>Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping and horticulture</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding journey in outdoor beautification!
