KAP Home will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and efficient lead times. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering customer phone calls/emails and processing daily sales orders. This position requires a high level of accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Customer Communication: Answer customer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance regarding products and orders.</li><li>Order Processing: Accurately process daily sales orders, ensuring all details are correct and orders are entered into the system efficiently.</li><li>Quota Achievement: Meet daily sales order processing quotas and contribute to the overall lead time efficiency.</li><li>Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in customer service and order processing</li><li>Detail-oriented, accurate, professional, and organized while completing tasks.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Outlook)</li><li>Capability to work and respond quickly under pressure.</li><li>Ability to effectively solve issues and quickly address concerns.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your desired pay rate? </li></ul>Work Location: In person
