 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Media Strategy &amp; Planning

 Develop holistic media strategies aligned to brand objectives, funnel stages, and target audiences.

 <li>
 Conduct audience research, competition analysis, benchmark studies, and platform mix recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build full-funnel media plans covering awareness, consideration, lead-gen, and conversion objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Craft media investment strategies, pacing plans, and KPI frameworks for measurable success.
 
 
 </li>

 Campaign Execution &amp; Optimization
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Execute and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, YouTube, Programmatic, and other digital platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage large monthly spends while maintaining efficiency across CPAs, ROAS, CPLs, CACs, and retention metrics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement A/B tests, creative-performance testing, audience experimentation, and bid/budget scaling strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot delivery issues, pixel/config errors, conversion tracking challenges, and platform discrepancies.

 Performance Analytics &amp; Insights

 Build performance dashboards, weekly/monthly reports, and insights-backed recommendations.

 3&ndash;4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in an agency or growth-focused business.

 Expert-level understanding of Meta, Google Ads, and full-funnel performance.

 Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Sheets/Excel, GA4, Looker/Data Studio, and attribution tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage large budgets, high-pressure timelines, and multi-platform campaigns.

 Confident communicator with the ability to lead client discussions.

 Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong capability in diagnosing indexation issues, crawl anomalies, and site migration impacts.

 Lead SEO conversations with clients and clearly translate technical insights into business impact.
