We are now strengthening our design division under the Da Terra brand as part of our next phase of growth.Role OverviewWe are hiring a full-time Interior Designer with strong technical skills and a refined sense of luxury aesthetics. This role involves working on high-end residential and commercial projects that integrate furniture from some of the world&rsquo;s most exclusive brands. You will be part of a fast-paced and growing team, with room to take on more responsibility as your skills and contribution evolve.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the development of interior concepts, layouts, mood boards, material selections, and FF&amp;E proposals.</li><li>Produce detailed 3D visualizations (3ds Max) and technical drawings (AutoCAD) for client presentations and execution.</li><li>Assist in creating BOQs and coordinating specifications with the procurement team.</li><li>Attend site visits for client measurements, surveys, and progress checks when needed.</li><li>Communicate clearly with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution.</li><li>Be client-facing when required &mdash; for briefings, presentations, and showroom consultations.</li><li>Maintain high organizational standards, timely task delivery, and accurate reporting.</li><li>Be proactive in learning, adapting, and growing within a dynamic work environment.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of interior design experience, ideally in the luxury or high-end market.</li><li>Strong skills in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and related rendering and drafting software.</li><li>Fluent in English (spoken and written) &mdash; other languages are a bonus.</li><li>A keen eye for luxury design, detail, and materiality.</li><li>Confident communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Open to site visits and flexible for project-based timelines.</li><li>High levels of initiative and a growth-oriented mindset &mdash; this role can develop into a senior position based on proven performance.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A creative work environment at the intersection of luxury retail and design services.</li><li>Exposure to high-end furniture brands and real-world design projects.</li><li>A small but growing team where your role and impact will be significant.</li><li>Opportunities to develop into higher design or project management roles.</li><li>A platform to grow your portfolio and gain deep exposure to the luxury design industry.</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your CV and design portfolio (PDF or link).
