The Senior Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for leading all marketing activities and go to market strategies. This high visibility role will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies, creating and developing successful product launches through product positioning, pricing, and promotional market analysis in a manufacturing setting.This is a hands-on leadership position, with a strong need to balance the strategic with the tactical, while collaborating in a matrixed organization. This role will hold a seat on the Regional Management Team and be responsible for working on the overall business strategy and leading the local team.Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement high-impact marketing plans to increase top-and-bottom line performance of products</li><li>Develop go to market (GTM) strategies for existing and new product lines</li><li>Develop an end user promotional and awareness strategy</li><li>Proactively build a partnership with the Territory Sales Managers, Training Department and Manufacturers Reps to deploy effective product campaign successes, in all channels/applications</li><li>Develop and analyze product launches for successful product marketing and brand awareness strategies</li><li>Coordinate and manage the eCommerce strategy</li><li>Manage third-party marketing services in an effective manner</li><li>With the Pricing team, develop and analyze price comparisons of competitive products</li><li>Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of digital marketing programs</li><li>Drive the execution and innovation of marketing launches throughout all phases including development, design, launch, and evaluation</li><li>CRM ownership and deployment</li><li>Develop and communicate key marketing performance metrics, analysis tools and relevant dashboards</li><li>Analyze, measure, and execute the ROI on marketing programs to drive sales and revenue growth</li><li>Plan and execute trade shows: Develop comprehensive event strategies, manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, oversee logistics, and ensure seamless execution from start to finish as well as lead generation follow up</li><li>Improve brand awareness and engage in the end-to-end ownership of positioning in the marketplace (brand identity, content strategy, etc.)</li><li>Responsible for developing and adhering to departmental budgets</li><li>Provide leadership and insights, support strategic objectives, and be a hands-on member of the team</li><li>Align the Marketing Department activities with the company goals and strategic direction, as well with the company&rsquo;s corporate values</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>7+ years&rsquo; experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and communication strategies with a focus on B2B</li><li>5+ Pump, PFV, PHCP experience in a product and marketing setting</li><li>5+ years experience developing GTM product strategies</li><li>Experience with pumps, ground water drilling, water treatment, irrigation, rainwater, pool/pond, sewage, HVAC or plumbing a must</li><li>Experience in Microsoft Dynamics setting including Teams, Planner, CRM</li><li>Demonstrated success working in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment</li><li>Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships across all levels internally and externally</li><li>Ability and desire to teach, coach and mentor</li><li>Excellent research skills desirable</li><li>Experience with building a team</li><li>Understanding and experience managing 3rd party freelancers on project basis</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects</li><li>Experienced in writing and developing marketing proposals, quotes, and reports</li><li>Experienced in database management, branding management and marketing analytics</li><li>Experience working with a European entity is a big plus</li></ul>Travel:<ul><li>30% overnight travel to dealers, distributors, customers, events, tradeshows, and other business-related meetings.
