Join the Dahl Automotive team at our Reconditioning Center, a non-guest-facing location, in Onalaska, WI. We are seeking a Used Vehicle Detail Technician to join our team! Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles to get our used cars on the lot ready for sale - all with state-of-the-art equipment so that you can be efficient and productive! You will have plenty to do to earn a great income for you and your family.</p>
<p>
The pay range for this position is $40,000-$55,000+ per year depending on experience and productivity!</p>
<p>
Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Support the sales and service departments with clean and quality detailed vehicles. Conform to dealer specifications</li>
<li>Wash exterior, clean interior, vacuum interior and clean windows</li>
<li>Apply wax to vehicle and use buffer to shine</li>
<li>Clean engine and engine compartment</li>
<li>Inspect vehicles for noticeable defects such as dents or scratches and bring to managers attention</li>
<li>Have vehicles looking showroom ready when getting back to the lot for sales</li>
<li>Must be able to work in fast pace environment</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Valid driver's license with clean driving record</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to easily maneuver in and out of vehicles for cleaning (bending, crawling, standing, etc.)</li>
<li>Ability to safely operate tools and equipment</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal direction, yet also part of a productive and successful team</li>
<li>Clean, wax, polish, and detail vehicles to be ready for display on the lot.</li>
<li>Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service.</li>
<li>Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment.</li>
<li>Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion.</li>
<li>Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.</li>
<li>Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.</li>
<li>Positive attitude and can-do mentality</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

<ul><li>Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred</li>
<li>Previous customer service and/or sales experience, with preference given to candidates with previous automotive sales experience</li>
<li><div>Ready to waste no time on learning new product in&rsquo;s and out&rsquo;s, eager to improve</div>
</li><li><div>Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members</div>
</li><li><div>Professional, well-groomed personal appearance</div>
</li><li><div>Clean driving record and valid driver&rsquo;s license</div>
