 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform both manual and automated testing across web and backend applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, document, and track defects using established defect management tools, ensuring timely resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze business and system requirements to ensure testability and coverage
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX/UI teams to maintain quality standards throughout delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute regression, integration, and performance testing to validate new and existing features
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing quality-focused insights during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
 </li>

 Prepare and communicate clear test results, metrics, and release readiness reports to stakeholders

 Required Qualifications

 Experience with C# or Node.js
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience working as a QA Engineer within the software development lifecycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with C#/.NET
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Node.js
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

 Experience developing or maintaining automated test frameworks

 Working knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Azure Load Testing)

 Knowledge of SQL and database testing concepts
 </li>

 Programming experience for test automation using languages such as .NET, Java, or JavaScript

 Job Description
 
 
 
 The Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of manufacturing engineers and programmers while providing direct engineering support to production. This role balances daily operational needs with strategic improvement initiatives, ensuring safe, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing processes for both new and existing products.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities Include
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Lead, develop, and manage manufacturing engineers and programmers, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and accountability
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, prioritize, and direct engineering activities to support production requirements and continuous improvement goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide hands-on engineering support to improve throughput, reduce downtime, and stabilize manufacturing processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost using lean manufacturing principles
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner closely with operations leadership to identify, prioritize, and resolve production challenges
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the development, implementation, and sustainment of manufacturing processes for new and existing products
 </li>
 <li>
 Support equipment implementation, process validation, and start-up activities to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure effective execution of standard work, process controls, and documented manufacturing procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage internal and external engineering resources to meet business objectives
 </li>
 <li>
 Support quality systems by participating in root cause investigations and corrective actions related to process performance
 </li>

 Review and approve engineering documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards
