 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Contribute to workforce planning and headcount budgeting process in terms of measurement and analysis of people costs,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing reports and presentations related to human resources,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing and consolidating monthly HR reports,
 </li>
 <li>
 When there is a need, being responsible for all processes of employee life-cycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Support payroll, compensation and benefits process
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking an active role in developing company culture,
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking an active role in the recruitment process
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 4 years of experience in human resources function, preferably in a multinational working environment
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in the compensation and benefits field in the HR domain,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the financial budgeting and planning field
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working with numbers and discussing basic statistics
 </li>
 <li>
 Having a basic knowledge of Labor Law
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Personnel and Payroll
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Hr Analytics,
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English both written and spoken,
 </li>
 <li>
 Good MS Office applications knowledge especially other HR tools,
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced Excel ability
 </li>
 <li>
 Having excellent communication &amp; relationships within all levels,

 Advanced planning and organizing ability

 will be reporting to Mechanical Engineering Team Leader.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the mechanical design and development activities of multimedia components (e.g., display units, control panels, infotainment housings) in close collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze and interpret client technical requirements in collaboration with the client interface team; define the mechanical roadmap accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow the full mechanical lifecycle: concept development, 3D design, validation, prototyping, and release to manufacturing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct / Support in CAE simulations including thermal, vibrational, and structural analysis using tools such as ANSYS or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare CAD models created in NX Siemens or CATIA; ensure design feasibility, DFM/DFA, and compliance with automotive standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform design review preparations and documentations, DFMEA, and issue resolution meetings; track open points and ensure closure through structured follow-up.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interface with suppliers, production teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure manufacturability and robustness of mechanical designs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of design practices, documentation, and toolsets.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's or Master&rsquo;s degree in
 
 Mechanical Engineering
 
 or a closely related field (e.g., Automotive Engineering).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 3+ years
 
 of experience in mechanical design and development, preferably in the
 
 automotive
 
 sector.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in mechanical development of
 
 automotive multimedia systems
 
 is a strong plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in 3D CAD (NX Siemens or CATIA) and ability to review and optimize complex assemblies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of CAE tools (ANSYS or equivalent) for structural, thermal, and vibrational analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with injection molding, die casting, thermal management, and integrated manufacturing processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of GD&amp;T, tolerance stack-up, material selection, and plastic part design principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to coordinate and lead activities among internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ownership mindset and capability to drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Turkish&amp;English &ndash; Full professional proficiency (Mandatory). Additional language such as Italian, or Chinese is a plus.
 </li>
