About the Role</b></div><br>

The <b>HVAC Technician (Applied &amp; DX)</b> is responsible for the Installation, Operations, Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Repair of Applied and DX systems to ensure reliable operation and high customer satisfaction. Based in<b> Doha, Qatar,</b> this role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong diagnostic capability, and adherence to safety and service quality standards. The technician will execute service activities independently on-site while coordinating closely with supervisors and service teams to meet contractual SLAs and operational targets.</div><br>

How You Will Make an Impact</b></div><br>

Service Execution &amp; Technical Support</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Applied (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs) and DX &amp; VRV / VRF systems.</li>
<li>Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control faults and carry out corrective actions efficiently.</li>
<li>Support commissioning, operation &amp; maintenance activities to ensure systems operate as per OEM standards.</li></ul><br>

Troubleshooting &amp; System Performance</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Identify root causes of system issues and minimize repeat breakdowns.</li>
<li>Optimize system performance through proper servicing, parameter checks, and minor adjustments.</li>
<li>Escalate complex or recurring technical issues to supervisors when required.</li></ul><br>

Customer Interaction &amp; Service Quality</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Act as the on-site technical representative and maintain professional communication with customers.</li>
<li>Explain service activities, findings, and recommendations clearly.</li>
<li>Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction during all visits.</li></ul><br>

Reporting &amp; Coordination</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Complete service reports, checklists, and job documentation accurately and on time.</li>
<li>Record system data, faults, and actions taken.</li>
<li>Coordinate with supervisors, planners, and spare parts teams for smooth execution.</li></ul><br>

 Safety &amp; Compliance</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and permit systems.</li>
<li>Ensure safe handling of tools, equipment, and refrigerants.</li></ul><br>

Continuous Learning</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Stay updated on product knowledge, service practices, and new HVAC technologies.</li>
<li>Participate in trainings and apply learning in field activities.</li></ul><br>

<div><b>
What You Need to Succeed</b></div><br>
<div></div>
<ul>
<li>Technical Diploma (ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Refrigeration &amp; Air Conditioning, or equivalent).</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC service (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting).</li>
<li>Experience in DX &amp; VRV/VRF systems and/or Applied equipment (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs).</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and refrigeration systems.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of HVAC controls and schematics reading.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently at customer sites.</li>
<li>Good communication and customer-handling skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with service reporting tools (manual or digital).</li>
<li>Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.</li>
<li>Valid Qatar Driving License is an added advantage.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
