<li>Identify, establish, and manage a strong dealer and contractor sales network for Daikin unitary products in the KSA market.</li>
<li>Handle complex projects and lead high-level commercial negotiations</li>
<li>Focus on promoting and selling unitary product lines including RA, Sky Air Ducted and non-Ducted, Package Units, Air Purifier and Rooftop</li>
<li>Develop and enhance opportunities from consulting engineers regarding unitary products</li>
<li>Identify and appoint new dealers within assigned territory to expand market coverage</li>
<li>Maximize sales and ensure strong profit margins across the assigned territory and key accounts.</li>
<li>Provide sales support to dealers, highlighting product advantages, key features, and competitive benefits to drive performance and sales.</li>
<li>Act as an intermediary between our dealers and Daikin, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.</li>
<li>Directly manage sales of assigned products through personal account portfolio and responsible for payment collection</li></ul></div><br>

Experience &amp; Knowledge:</div>
<ul>
<li>At least 5&ndash;8-year experience in a similar role with knowledge on RA, Sky Air Ducted and non-Ducted, Package Units, Air Purifier and Rooftop products</li>
<li>Familiar with the HVAC Distribution/Dealer industry trends and competition</li>
<li>Strong understanding and work exposure to HVAC industry within designated territory</li>
<li>Awareness of contractual terms &amp; conditions</li>
<li> Strong network of business contacts including but not limited to dealers, consultants, contractors and subcontractors</li>
<li>UAE or GCC driving license</li>
</ul>

Job Responsibilities:<br>
Strategic Planning &amp; Market Analysis:<br>
<ul><li>Developing and executing the annual Marketing Plan. This includes performing in-depth market potential analysis across various channels, identifying key target segments, and ensuring all activities are aligned with overall business growth objectives.</li></ul>
Integrated Campaign Management:<br>
<ul><li>Take the lead on planning, implementing, and rigorously monitoring multi-channel marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional). This includes overseeing Brand Activation projects, managing social media channels, and directing the localization and distribution of essential marketing materials like product catalogues and data books.</li></ul>
Retail &amp; Sales Channel Support:<br>
<ul><li>Manage the delivery of a superior brand experience by organizing and maintaining the Dealer Showroom and all retail development tools and resources. This duty also involves coordinating the production and distribution of point-of-sale (POS) materials and promotional items to effectively support and maintain the existing regional dealer network.</li></ul>
Digital Strategy, Content &amp; Product Presence:<br>
<ul><li>Drive the overall digital content strategy by managing and optimizing the company's website (SEO/SEM, content updates) and digital assets to maximize visibility and lead generation. This includes collaborating with Product teams to ensure accurate and compelling online product messaging and maintaining digital infrastructure for campaign tracking.</li></ul>
Budget &amp; Vendor Oversight:<br>
<ul><li>Maintain strict financial control by continually monitoring, controlling, and reporting on the Marketing budget, and accurately handling all necessary billing and payments processing. This includes managing the procurement of new vendors and suppliers and ensuring a smooth relationship for all external services.</li></ul>
Internal &amp; External Coordination:<br>
<ul><li>Serve as the primary liaison for critical events and information flow. This involves leading the coordination for industry trade shows, product seminars, and internal training sessions. It also includes managing complex travel itineraries, agendas for dealer trips, and producing periodic activity reports for the marketing department.</li></ul>
People &amp; Team Management<br>
<ul><li>Provide the team with daily guidance, mentorship, and work allocation to ensure project milestones are met effectively, including coaching &amp; skill development.</li></ul>
