The Role:</h2>
Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the Senior PMM, Inbound is the strategic architect of DailyPay&rsquo;s Enterprise platform roadmap. This role sits at the intersection of market intelligence and product development, serving as the &quot;Voice of the Market&quot; during the early stages of the innovation funnel. You will be responsible for technical research, competitive benchmarking, and the creation of rigorous business cases that justify our largest platform investments. You are a high-leverage partner to Product Management, ensuring that our technical infrastructure&mdash;from integrations to data-driven earnings models&mdash;is built to win in a complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environment. 
 
Based in our New York City office, this hybrid position blends remote focus with high-energy, on-site collaboration, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Engineering and Product teams to solve the future of earned wage access.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
How You Will Make an Impact:</h2><ul><li>
Drive Product Discovery: Lead market validation and technical research for new platform capabilities. You will identify &quot;white space&quot; in the market and translate those opportunities into prioritized product requirements.
</li><li>Technical Benchmarking: Perform deep-dive analysis of competitor technical architectures, API stability, and implementation workflows. You will provide the &quot;Technical Truth&quot; that ensures our roadmap remains ahead of industry standards. Architect Internal Business Cases:
</li><li>Bridge the gap between technical research and financial justification. You will draft the data-backed cases (quantifying market expansion and ROI) required to secure engineering resources for high-priority platform initiatives.
</li><li>Roadmap Prioritization: Act as a key influencer in the product planning process, using market intel and technical gap analysis to quantify the impact of proposed features.
</li><li>Technical Buyer Persona Strategy: Define the requirements and pain points of the &quot;Technical Buyer&quot; (CIO, CTO, and IT Procurement), ensuring our platform architecture solves their specific security and connectivity concerns.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You Bring to The Team:</h2><ul><li>
6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Strategy, or Market Intelligence, Management Consulting</li><li>
High technical literacy; comfortable analyzing technical documentation and platform integrations.</li><li>
Proven ability to influence senior product and engineering leaders through rigorous commercial and technical data.
</li><li>Experience navigating the &quot;Discovery&quot; phase of the product lifecycle in B2B SaaS or FinTech.</li><li>
Experience in HR Tech, API's and or payment rails preferred.

The Role:</h2>
DailyPay is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing Data Team! The Senior Data Analyst will utilize various types of data to draw insights and build strategic recommendations to drive business value for the company, while working collaboratively to empower internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success. This position will also enable client success through supporting the development of customer-facing data products and analytics.

The Role:</h2>
As Senior Treasury Analyst, you will support the DailyPay Treasury team in managing daily operations to meet DailyPay&rsquo;s liquidity and financial obligations. Reporting to the Director of Treasury, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Payment Operations, FP&amp;A, Capital Markets, Legal, and Analytics. You will manage complex transactions, ensure compliance, and optimize workflows to scale with our rapid growth. Manage daily cash positions and short-term liquidity to ensure all operational needs are
met with precision</li><li>
Partner with FP&amp;A to develop robust operating cash flow forecasts and enhance global

Drive scalability by identifying and implementing process improvements within TMS and
ERP platforms to automate manual workflows</li><li>
Oversee bank account administration, including lifecycle management
(openings/closings) and signatory updates</li><li>
Deliver timely treasury reports, including variance analyses, bank reconciliations, bank
fee analysis, and support the preparation of quarterly deliverables</li><li>
Ensure compliance with internal treasury controls and lead the continuous update of
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)</li><li>
Provide expert support for ad-hoc requests and cross-functional initiatives as the

What You Bring to The Team:</h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>
Minimum of three to five years&rsquo; experience in cash management, treasury reporting, accounting and/or finance</li><li>
Experience with treasury management systems is a plus</li><li>
Excellent communication, time management and organization</li><li>
Strong self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision</li><li>
Advanced Excel skills</li><li>
