<ul><li>Capture high-quality photos and videos for news stories, interviews, events, social media, and promotional materials.</li><li>Plan, shoot, and edit video content including short features, interviews, and digital campaigns.</li><li>Edit and retouch photographs using industry-standard software to ensure the best visual quality.</li><li>Manage all aspects of video production &mdash; lighting, sound, framing, and post-production editing.</li><li>Collaborate with reporters, editors, and the creative team to ensure visual content aligns with editorial and brand guidelines.</li><li>Maintain and organize photography and video archives for easy access and future use.</li><li>Operate and maintain camera equipment, lighting setups, and other production gear.</li><li>Stay updated on new visual storytelling trends, camera technology, and editing techniques.</li><li>Ensure all content adheres to copyright, ethics, and company standards.</li><li>Proven experience as a photographer/videographer, preferably in a media or publishing environment.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).</li><li>Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and camera operation.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong storytelling skills through visuals.</li><li>Flexibility to work on-site, during events, and outside standard office hours when required.</li><li>Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of aesthetics.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: From BD250.000 per month</p>
